Introducing Soraya Gadelrab from Fresh Montgomery

Please allow me to introduce myself.

I’m Soraya Gadelrab the Portfolio Director of Food, Drink and Hospitality at Montgomery Group. Although new to HRC, I have been working at Montgomery Group since 2006 managing events including International Food & Drink, ScotHot and IFEX.

I’m extremely excited to have been given the opportunity to speak to you at this year’s CESA AGM about the progress and future of Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC - formerly Hotelympia).

During the past twelve months we have been working hard with CESA to ensure HRC delivers an event that meets the needs of our exhibitors and provides unmissable content for visitors.

HRC 2020 will see the new introduction of CESA Trend Trails. Aligned to Operator Pains, this will offer exhibiting CESA members the opportunity to highlight products that combat common end user issues. We have identified key areas of focus such sustainability and waste management, customer engagement and new and emerging technology.

To drive stand footfall, exhibiting CESA members will be included in our CESA marketing campaign which includes a CESA trail map to be distributed at the show, inclusion in a promotional direct mail campaign and dedicated emails.

We believe this is a real opportunity for us to provide education to our visitors, above and beyond anything we have ever done before.

If you have a product that aligns to one of the any of the highlighted Operator Pains please feel free to come and speak to me at the conference and I’ll be able to explain the next steps. If you are not attending, but would like to know more, please email me on soraya.gadelrab@montgomerygroup.com.

I look forward to meeting you at the CESA conference on the 13th and 14th November and talking to you about all the exciting developments we have in store for HRC in March 2020.

Kind regards,

Soraya Gadelrab
Portfolio Director
