Support your staff with an EAP
The FEA is terribly saddened to hear the news of the loss of a friend and star of our industry last week. We have seen the impact his passing has had on the industry and our connections.
If you are looking for a way to support and ensure the mental health of your employees, you may want to consider an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Personal issues and problems can have an impact on the way people work, resulting in reduced performance, lack of focus and absence. This can lead to significant costs to a business, not just in hours lost but in low productivity and an unbalanced working environment.
An Employee Assistance Programme enables employers to prevent many of their employees’ problems at home and at work from escalating. Support is on hand 24/7 with practical advice and support if ever life takes a wrong turn.
Attached is the EAP brochure which gives an overview of the service.
