Record numbers attended CFSP Seminar and Exam

In June we hosted our two-day CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) accreditation seminar and exam at First Choice Group in Cannock. With the course continuing to grow in popularity we experienced our highest attendance to date with 47 delegates from a multitude of companies including Rational, Bunzl CDS, Victor Manufacturing, Restaurant Design Associates, PKL Group, KCCJ, Springboard and several more taking part. 

Day one gives delegates the opportunity to recap their knowledge, covering the course syllabus. The second day entails a three-hour, 145 question exam consisting of a mix of multiple choice, true or false and fill-in the blanks questions.
