Publication of Government Response on consultation on Fluorinated Gases Legislation

Defra has now published its response to the consultation on the legislation needed to enforce the new EU Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulation.  The response can be found here:

The legislation itself was laid in Parliament on 19 February and, subject to parliamentary approval, will come into force on 19 March.
