2. What do you love most about the foodservice equipment industry? – Constant Innovation. The industry is constantly pushing to become as efficient as possible, whether that’s in cooking, cleaning or energy saving. It’s also been warming that during this unprecedented time we have seen a great comradery form between all aspects of the foodservice equipment industry, which offers many opportunities to grow our business and form partnerships.

3. What is the biggest challenge for your business right now? – Whilst we provide innovative systems and solutions, they are currently an ‘option’ as opposed to essential. So during this time when capital expenditure will be difficult, we see this having an impact on our revenues. However, if we look at the bigger picture of a green future and saving energy then we feel our products should most certainly be considered as part of any hospitality industries future plans.
