From Disruptive Technology to the Connected Kitchen… and the B word, of course Trends, Insights and Embracing Innovation: Speakers ‘blow minds’ at 2017 Conference!

"Insight is vital in uncertain times" said CESA chair Glenn Roberts in his welcome speech to delegates. There’s no doubt that this year’s conference delivered - in terms of insight on the economy, future trends and building business in a difficult market.  164 delegates from all areas of the catering industry, including representatives of eight different trade associations, enjoyed a compelling and challenging day.  At the end of it Steph McGovern, Conference facilitator, said “The speakers blew our tiny minds – the future is here, now it’s how we engage with it.”
