FEA - Putting your best foot forward in '22 - Foodservice Industry Walking Group -18th February 2022

At FEA we even help you wear off the Christmas excesses!

This well-established group is planning a moderate walk of 8-10 miles, at an easy pace, on the 18th February, starting and finishing in Glossop. Glossop is the north western gateway to the Peak District and Derbyshire - close to the moorland and wide-open spaces of the Peaks.

We usually start at around 10.00 am and there is a Travelodge in the town. Those staying over can arrange a meal and drink together in the town. https://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/550/Glossop-hotel. There is also a large car park at Manor Park Car Park, Corn St, Glossop SK13 8QE.

The group comprises the breadth of the equipment industry and their partners, you can also bring your dog (please ensure it is kept under close control).

So, all is set for another great day - all you need is a good set of walking gear to cope with the chance that the weather is changeable 😊, and good footwear as we will be on rough ground. Please bring your own refreshments, I will bring the chocolate!

The walk is organised by James Connolly of Celltherm and Nick Archer of Archer Catering Systems who are experienced walk organisers and the founders of the group. As you will see from the document attached we may even get press coverage again.
