The FEA Aspire Group brings together the brightest young minds in the industry.
The Aspire Group has been formed to support the professional development of the next generation of rising stars and future leaders and provide a clear perspective on the work of the FEA and trade associations whilst learning the production methods of fellow FEA members. The Aspire Group is open to employees of FEA member companies aged 30 and under.

Victor Manufacturing Factory Tour
Victor Manufacturing have kindly offered to host the next Aspire Group on Wednesday, August 17th and provide attendees with a factory tour.
Victor Manufacturing’s main production facility in Keighley near Bradford includes a laser cutter and four press brake machines, including two new ‘state of the art’ automated press brakes which help achieve the highest quality of metal folding. The new press brakes run directly through their 3D design CAD/CAM systems creating a sleek production process from screen to product.
The factory tour will be followed by lunch and a meet and greet.
