HRC, part of the Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, returns to Excel London from 17–19 March 2025. Bringing together operators from the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors, the event promises three action-packed days of networking, trend discovery, and product launches.

This year, HRC expands its offering with five key sections: Hospitality Tech, Foodservice, Furniture, Interiors & Tableware, Professional Kitchen Equipment, and the new addition of Pizza & Pasta. With more than 30,000 industry professionals expected across Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, the show will be the ultimate opportunity for hospitality professionals to connect with peers and source cutting-edge solutions for their businesses.

As in previous editions, for the 2025 show FEA has partnered with the organisers, Montgomery Group, on the production and delivery of HRC.  John Cunningham, chief executive of FEA, says, “We’re currently putting the finishing flourishes to our plans for the exhibition.  As well as having a stand at the show, with staff on hand to support members, we’re planning a programme of information, masterclasses and celebrations to add to the HRC buzz.  Look out for more details in the media.”

Another star attraction at HRC is the International Salon Culinaire, the UK’s most prestigious chef competition. Over 900 chefs will showcase their skills across more than 100 live and static challenges, creating a dynamic atmosphere and celebrating culinary excellence.

HRC takes place alongside the International Salon Culinaire, The Pub Show and, IFE (the International Food & Drink Event) on 17-19 March at Excel London.  For tickets visit hrc.co.uk.
