1. Tell us about how your business got started.
Onecodio is a software company based in Vancouver, Canada. Our team has 15 years of experience building custom software, including for UK companies. This year we spent time with foodservice equipment dealers to learn how they quote. We kept seeing the same problems. Quotes dragged on for months, and the details were scattered across emails, calls and long PDFs. That led us to start building CPQ Teams in 2026: one live, shared quote for a dealer and their customer.
2. What do you love most about the foodservice equipment industry?
The teamwork. Behind every quote is a real kitchen, and getting it right takes the dealer's team and the customer working as one. We also love how practical and hands-on this industry is. There are so many opportunities for technology to make everyday work simpler and more efficient.
3. What is the biggest challenge for your business right now?
Being new. We come from software, not foodservice, so we have to earn trust one conversation at a time. Our other big job is getting CPQ Teams ready for UK dealers. That means pounds sterling, UK date formats and UK product data. We want to learn how UK dealers work first, so we build it right.
4. What are the drawing factors for joining FEA?
We want to be part of the UK foodservice equipment community, not watch it from outside. FEA lets us learn directly from members and build long-term relationships. In return, we hope to share our technology experience as the industry keeps changing. Listening first is how we started CPQ Teams, and it is how we want to grow in the UK.
