Our business was founded in response to the specific needs of our clients and the expertise of our founder, Neil Wilson. Since then, we have grown and expanded to offer a wide range of specialist, independent surveying services, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ unique requirements.
2. What do you love most about the foodservice equipment industry?
The foodservice equipment industry is a diverse network of specialist service providers and businesses, all united by a common goal — to deliver exceptional service. With skilled professionals, a commitment to innovation, and a passion for excellence, the industry continually strives to exceed client expectations while fostering strong collaboration among colleagues.
3. What is the biggest challenge for your business right now?
As a rapidly growing business within an evolving industry, our top priority remains the needs and expectations of our clients. We are committed to building a strong business structure that not only supports our continued expansion but also ensures we deliver exceptional service — particularly in our specialist fields, such as preventing FOG (fats, oils, and grease) from discharging into drains and maintaining NAAD21/TR19 kitchen extract system hygiene.
4. What are the drawing factors for joining FEA?
Similar to our response in Question 2, as a truly specialist independent consultancy, we are dedicated to supporting FEA and the industry as a whole by driving improvements, training, and motivating the next generation.
