Dayes Ltd is part for the Dayes BV group; and proudly features some of the strongest brands in the housewares industry. Tala was established in 1899. From its origins manufacturing kitchenware in Birmingham the brand is now exported worldwide. The Chef Aid Brand covers everything you could possibly need in the kitchen as well as a wide variety of domestic and household essentials. Sorbo is one of Europe's leading cleaning brands from Dayes. Inspired cleaning with 40-year proven sales. Elliott's is Dayes's heritage brand for practical and functional quality cleaning products, Est 1948.
2. What do you love most about the foodservice equipment industry?
The people and the many diverse catering organisations that operate within HoReCa, that are always striving to deliver new & innovative products & services for that all important customer experience.
3. What is the biggest challenge for your business right now?
2025 is predicated to be an economically challenging year with the impact of the many new taxation policies that could lead to a decline in customers spend and overall business development plans.
4. What are the drawing factors for joining FEA?
An established and revered organisation that actively encourages involvement of its members to maximise networking opportunities & sales, in particular the annual FEA Light Catering Equipment forum that Dayes Ltd will provide knowledge & information on the plethora of products and services that are available to the many catering partner distributors & specialists in attendance.
