1. Tell us about how your business got started.

Cotherm was established in 1948 in Vinay France to predominantly serve the hot water industry in Europe and due to expansion in the product ranges, we moved to other sectors like foodservice.

2. What do you love most about the foodservice equipment industry?

The proactive nature of the membership and the openness of dialogue between members.

3. What is the biggest challenge for your business right now?

Keeping up with demand and ensuring the high level of service through this transition.

4. What are the drawing factors for joining FEA?

Opening Cotherm UK to an application that we work with on a daily basis globally, but not so much in the UK.
