Combico UK Now Delivering Managed Learning Programme for New Gas Entrants: Discount for CESA members

Combico UK is delivering a brand new Logic Certification course which aims to support people into the commercial catering gas industry.

Candidates taking the Non-Domestic Catering - New Entrants course will have the full use of First Choice’s Group’s specialist training division’s state-of-the art facilities and equipment.

Aimed at engineers looking to further their careers and become gas safe registered, the course covers a wide range of topics including gas safety legislation, electrical competency, installation of pipework and fittings and the commissioning and testing of gas catering appliances (see attached PDFs).

Combico UK’s Technical Training Manager, Martin Dagnall, said: “There is now a much greater emphasis on the type of practical, hands-on training like we facilitate here at Combico UK.  This course is a Managed Learning programme and will offer a direct route into the commercial catering industry for people who want to become a gas engineer.  We are fully equipped with a variety of catering appliances from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers. Training with Combico UK is a very comprehensive undertaking for any aspiring catering engineer.  As the approved training centre for the industry’s trade associations CEDA and CESA, our hands-on training and assessments provide a more complete learning experience due to the fact we only specialise in commercial catering.”

The Non-Domestic Catering - New Entrants course costs £3,825 +VAT for CESA and CEDA members and £4,250 +VAT for non-members.
