The FEA is delighted to announce a new version of the Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) study guide, Introduction to Foodservice. After extensive revision by the author, Doug Fryett, coupled with expert advice from several FEA members and Council, a new version is now available for those undertaking the CFSP courses in the UK and Ireland, starting with the course to be held on the 3-4 December 2026 at Parts Town UK in Cannock.
