Service Engineer Training Day: Warewashing

The FEA and ceda service engineer training event held in 2019 was a success, with the support from manufacturers beneficial to all. Following recent discussions between FEA and ceda, collating feedback received from attendees, we will host further service engineer training events in 2023.

The training events will be product group focussed and the first will be Warewashing and other associated topics.

Warewashing suppliers and related companies will provide content tailored to foodservice equipment service managers and service engineers.

The event will be small training sessions with a chance to have practical 'hands on' product training, interspersed with topical speakers for the whole group. During the day you will learn about service and maintenance hints and tips; what to watch out for, common diagnosis issues, and prevalent faults that occur through lack of maintenance. The aim is to give service engineers in-depth knowledge and insight to aid them in their daily roles which can be shared with their teams and colleagues.
