New Product News: LET Innovations for 2025

The light equipment and tableware sector thrives on innovation – here are some of the exciting new product launches planned by FEA members for Quarter One 2025….

Insulated Beverage Server Range from Contacto: these new vacuum jugs, available in 0.5 and 1 litre capacities, are ideal for serving beverages.  They keep drinks hot or cold for hours, ensuring guests and clients enjoy their beverages at the perfect temperature during meetings, conferences, and events.  The simple push button allows for effortless one-handed operation, which is perfect for fast-paced environments like hotels, catering halls, and offices. The wide opening makes filling and pouring quick and easy, and is compatible with most coffee machines.

Manhattan Buffet Display Collection and Polywicker Basket from Dalebrook: Manhattan is a new and versatile display solution featuring three individual stands that interlock into each other, making the collection suitable for both wide and compact counter spaces. The stands are available in two footprint sizes, 1/1 GN or 1/2 GN, and they can be paired with Dalebrook’s slabs or new Polywicker baskets.

Ore Hot Counter Pans from Dalebrook: Ore is designed to transform hot counter displays. Its stainless-steel greblon coating makes it compatible with induction hobs, and its distinctive corner handles eliminate clashing trays and blocked food displays, giving a seamless presentation.  For 2025 there are new Gastronorm sizes (1/1GN, 2/4GN) and new shapes, with two round and two oval pans.

Denby expands Halo Range: Halo is Denby’s best-selling HoReCa pattern, handcrafted and using special glazes developed by the company.  Denby’s craftsmen and women apply two glazes which merge and react during firing in the kiln to achieve the Halo effect - each piece being individual.  Celebrating Halo’s 15th anniversary in 2025, Denby is launching two new mugs and organic bowls and a platter in asymmetrical form, which frame food perfectly.

Kiln Coral Tableware from Denby: beautifully uncomplicated, Denby’s new contemporary tableware, Kiln Coral, has a gentle palette of chalk white and earthy, on-trend pastel pinks with amber undertones.  On place setting items the Coral hue glaze subtly pools in the centre of pieces, while serving items have a soft frame and taller pieces have a hand dipped glaze effect  - all creating a range full of layers of colour and texture.

Insulated Wine Cooler and Wine Stand from Elia: the stainless steel Wine Cooler features a highly polished surface, resulting in an eye-catching mirror finish.  Double wall insulation keeps wine cCooler for longer and ensures it remains condensation free, enhancing the drinking experience.  Holding up to two standard wine bottles, the tapered design makes a striking addition to the tabletop.  The Wine Cooler can be paired with the latest addition to Elia’s range of Wine Stands.  The new Wine Cooler Stand is designed with a double wall top and an attractive curved base for added stability.

GN First Gastronorm Pans from FEM: GN First are new stainless steel Gastronorm pans manufactured by Pujadas.  This is a comprehensive range, with upwards of 39 different sizes and depths. Ideal for oven cooking, hot and cold food transportation or storage, and in hot and cold buffet presentation, they are sturdily constructed, their flattened edges and large corners prevent bending and provide a wider hold when handling.  An overhanging rim makes these pans perfect for buffet and prep stations.  The robust 18/0 - AISI 201 stainless steel construction is EU food contact approved.  Stainless steel lids are available separately.

Raiser Inox Vario Station from Frilich: catering for the surging popularity of almond, oat, and other plant-based milks puts pressure on buffet space, often requiring staff to retrieve alternatives from the kitchen.  The Raiser Inox Vario Station offers a compact solution, featuring a 1 litre 18/10 stainless steel milk can with a drip-free tap on a small 15x15cm base. Integrated ice packs keep the milk alternatives perfectly chilled.  The raisers come in a choice of heights to suit different applications.

Big Love Tableware from Lifetime Brands and Jamie Oliver: the Big Love collection is a partnership between Lifetime Brands and Jamie Oliver. Named after the chef’s personal sign-off, Big Love is a celebration of Jamie’s favourite way to cook, serve and dine with loved ones. Big Love’s attractive and thoughtful designs are created with durable stoneware and mango wood. The collection encourages food to be shared, with large platters, big salad bowls and serving boards. The range is available to order now and is ideal for buffets, deli counters, sharing dishes and event catering.

Bonzer Elements Wood Buffet Display Products from Mitchell & Cooper: this collection marks an expansion for the Bonzer brand, which is synonymous with high-quality kitchen tools. Bonzer Elements includes a curated selection of wooden boards, risers, stands, and display accessories, all tailored to enhance buffet presentations in hotels, conferences, and catering venues. Combining aesthetics with practicality, these pieces provide a perfect platform for creative food displays, aligning with the growing demand for nature-inspired decor in hospitality settings.

Barfly Lattice Range from PFR: Barfly has expanded its Lattice range with the introduction of double wall mixing tins, available in stainless steel, antique copper and antique gold. They are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, have a satin finish to hide wear, and are dishwasher safe. The double wall construction helps to keep the cold inside, and with the exterior maintaining ambient temperature. Their capacity is 621ml (21oz) and the design accommodates both spring and julep strainers.

Multi-Dough Roller from Signature: an innovative and cost-effective utensil that can streamline the dough rolling process, the Multi-Dough Roller is manufactured by de Buyer.  Designed to guarantee precision across all dough types, the open structure and double ramp ensure a smooth, consistent dough – from puff pastry and pizza and sugar paste to fresh pasta.  Manufactured in stainless steel, the Multi-Dough Roller is a robust and durable tool with built-in stabilisation bars to reinforce its sturdy structure and ensure it can withstand daily use in high-performance, demanding workspaces. It can be adapted to suit chefs’ creative styles, with easy-to-use thickness adjustment settings from 15mm to 0.3mm.

One Inch Color-Coded Chopping Boards from Zodiac: these new chopping boards offer a thoughtful upgrade to chefs’ kitchen tools.  Their one-inch thickness provides increased durability and stability, while the 18”x12” dimensions and easy to clean surface create a sturdy board designed for the demands of a busy kitchen.  They come in six colour-coded options to help prevent cross-contamination and maintain hygiene.

Digital Waterless Chafer from Zodiac: this chafer combines cutting-edge digital precision, enhanced safety, and sustainability into a sleek and efficient package.  Digital controls ensure optimal temperature settings and consistency, maintaining food quality for longer periods. The Digital Waterless Chafer is available in two sizes: the 18.5 litre DG1 is compatible with 1/1 GN pans, while the 5.5 litre DG23 accommodates 2/3 GN pans.
