Consultation on implementing the EU Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulation

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has today published a consultation on the legislation needed to enforce the new EU Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulation.  This letter provides more details on where to find the consultation and how to respond.

The deadline for responses is Tuesday 20 January 2015.
