CESA Apprentice of the Year and Training & Development Awards - We want your entry!

We are launching two awards to recognise and reward the development of staff within the CESA membership.

Apprentice of the Year Award, sponsored by John Gilbert

If you employ an apprentice in any discipline please support their application and encourage them to enter. As well as the accolade of being the winner they will receive funding to attend an international exhibition in conjunction with CESA. The award sponsor, John Gilbert, has been a lifelong supporter of developing and encouraging young people to thrive in our industry. He has kindly sponsored the award to recognise and reward the strength that they bring to the businesses that they work in.

Entrants are required to show:

1. Their personal commitment to your apprenticeship through personal development and hard work.
2. Their contribution to your workplace - in particular, areas or projects where they have exceeded expectations.
3. Success by demonstrating levels of achievement and attainment.

Training and Development Award

This award recognises a member company or an individual who has done the most to support the development of staff. It is straightforward to enter and please feel free to supply supporting documents or training programmes to support your entry.

We want your business to enter!

The awards and the announcement of the winners will be made at the annual conference dinner on the 15^th November 2018 at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park. The awards are straightforward to enter and the attached documents detail the criteria.

There is no cost to enter.
