Cranfield University will be hosting all the key stakeholders involved in Fat, Oil and Grease (FOG) generation, removal, treatment and reuse. Expertise and understanding from kitchen owners, operators, designers, solution providers, regulators and water companies will come together on 17th September at the conference FOG – New Times, New Solutions.

The event has been developed jointly between Cranfield University, British Water, CESA, and CEDA, and has identified the opportunity to highlight advances in science and technology, by bringing together high quality speakers from across the UK, US, and Europe. This event will demonstrate new and innovative developments and will help identify the need for further work.

The conference includes Anglian Water sponsoring the key note speaker and sharing their experience; Thames Water sharing their FOG reuse strategy, McDonald's and Severn Trent's collaboration, and much more.
