These partner brands allow us to offer an even wider range of products to our customers, expanding across categories like audio, TV, telephones and even pre-packed accessories like batteries, fuses, and lamps. Bluestem Group has an exclusive distribution partnership with the De’Longhi Group, comprising of the brands De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Ariete. These premium brands offer high-end solutions across products such as coffee machines, stand mixers, steam irons, and breakfast essentials, and are household names in their categories. Supporting customers in-person through an experienced Area Sales Team, online, and on the phone via a dedicated UK-based Customer Service Team is essential to providing high-quality service. Our in-house marketing team are responsible for creating our eye-catching brand catalogues and 6-monthly promotional brochure, which are all available to customers to assist in growing sales.
